NTGPE Board welcomes John Rawnsley

NTGPE welcomes Mr John Rawnsley as the newly appointed NT PHN member on the NTGPE Board. John is the manager of the Law and Justice section at the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency (NAAJA) and has a legal background. He is a Director and current Deputy Chair of NT PHN. John is from the Larrakia and Anmetjerre groups and grew up in the Northern Territory spending time in both Darwin and Central Australia.

He has extensive board experience including a current Director of the Larrakia Development Corporation and Winkiku Rrumbangi NT Indigenous Lawyers Aboriginal Corporation, and formerly a member of the Aboriginal Areas Protection Authority and former Alderman of Alice Springs and Deputy Mayor.  

Ms Nicki Herriot has resigned from the NTGPE Board to return to Queensland to be with her family. Nicki has been with NTGPE Board for almost four years and was the CEO of NT PHN for seven and a half years. The NTGPE Board and staff thank Nicki for her commitment to the values and goals of the organisation and wish her all the very best.
