Financial Assistance

The JFPP assists Students who seek placements in Aboriginal Primary Health Care in General Practice settings within the Territory. In support of this NTGPE arranges all ‘internal’ or ‘Northern Territory’ accommodation (most universities contribute to the cost of this) while on placement. The cost of the orientation and debrief programs, transport to and from communities and the weekly teleconferences, as well as 24/7 a week emergency support is covered by NTGPE.

Universities may also be able to provide financial assistance. Travel costs to and from the Northern Territory are not funded by NTGPE.
